Above: Stinger Editor-in-Chief Ayaan Shah questions Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro on ways his administration plans to incentivize teachers at a time when fewer and fewer are being certified in Pennsylvania. Shapiro answered by touting various teacher incentive programs including stipends for student teachers. Shapiro held a press conference at Emmaus High School on Sept. 5, 2024, to commemorate a ceremonial signing of the Pennsylvania Education Budget.
